Shipping & Returns FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends, and orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may take a little longer to process.

Orders over $120 ship for free. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and the available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package until it arrives.

For additional support, email us at contact@kizunacollection.com and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We check every piece before it ships. If your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll help you from there.

What if my order is lost or stolen after delivery?

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you can't find it, please contact us. Once a package has been delivered, it is outside our control, but we'll review each case individually and do what we can to help.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please check your shipping information carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away so we can update your order before it ships.

Providing a complete and accurate address is the customer's responsibility. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, we are unable to reship the order.

How do I exchange or return an item?

Unworn pieces can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. Email us at contact@kizunacollection.com with your order number and we'll let you know the next steps.
